Welcome to Tree Miner. By connecting your wallet and using our services (mining, trading, buying NFTs), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Game Assets & Economy
- NFT Trees: Trees are digital assets on the BNB Chain. You own them, but the game logic controls their yield and lifespan.
- Leaves (Currency): "Leaves" are liquid in-game points used for swapping to BNB.
- TREE Points (Score): These are non-tradable points used for Leaderboard ranking and Airdrops.
3. WITHDRAWAL POLICY (FAIR PLAY)
To maintain a healthy economy, withdrawing BNB affects your account standing.
Rule: For every 1 BNB withdrawn, 100,000 TREE Points will be deducted from your profile. This action is irreversible.
4. Prohibited Activities
Cheating, using bots to automate harvesting, exploiting smart contract vulnerabilities, or creating multiple accounts (Sybil attacks) to abuse the referral system will result in a PERMANENT BAN and freezing of assets.

Tree Miner is a blockchain game, not a guaranteed investment platform. Crypto assets are volatile.
